Note: 
1) SDRAM Data Sheets are constantly changing.  To be certain of operation, the newest data sheet available
   should be compared to the 'C6201 datasheet in order to guarantee operation.  Of the memories listed here, 
   some will give more timing margin than others. For example, the Texas Instruments memories listed here 
   are available at 125 MHz, and if extra margin is needed on the target system, these memories would be an 
   option. But since different speed grades are available for each part, it is the users responsibility to 
   verify that timings are met.
