             Geared to the professional author, it generates submission
             letters and maintains a database of submissions, rejections,
             and potential buyers. It automatically allows a work to be
             submitted to multiple editors with a minimum of effort. The
             setup is done by running MUSE4.EXE as a stand alone program.
