The internet server is an I/O server that provides network communications
using any of several protocols. Currently the DARPA IP and TCP Internet
protocols are supported. The design is intended to allow the easy
addition/deletion of protocols as needed. The server can be configured to
run on either a 3Mb or a 10Mb Ethernet.
