	X I tried cg_autoaction 7, 8, 16 and 31, the only thing it would do was
	  dump stats at the end of a game -- as a spec and a player
	- promode skin colors are broken in osp it always acts like forcecolors 1
	  even when it's 0 i did a cleanup of it after teamrails 2, btw
	  so now it decides on chgs/clientinfos rather than trying to work it all
	  out on each frame.
	- in tdm mode, if you're a ref and you change maps, you are no longer
	  a ref after the map changes. I know that this was done on purpose but,
	  it sure is a pain. In cpm, if you change modes, it's automatic but, in
	  TDM, when you change modes, you then have to change maps to invoke
	  changes. so, you become a ref, change mode, change map and no longer
	  ref anymore. this will happen 3 times per match in KIT because the 3
	  games are all on different maps
