Your taglines.atp and atprc belong in your home directory *OR*
alternatively, you can setup another directory by setting the
environment variable ATP to point somewhere else.

Edit atprc to tell ATP about your editor, file archiver and other
options.

Suggested settings for the atprc variables "charset" and "graphics":

Don't forget that you will need an archiver to pack and unpack
messages. For compatibility with most BBS you should choose
Info-Zip's UNZIP 5.1 and ZIP 1.9.  These are available in source
code form the SIMTEL ftp archives. BBS users can try Mac's Place
BBS (919) 891-1111. Invoke Info-Zip zip/unzip with the -j switch
which will junk the path information from the archives.
