To use foomatic-rip(1) as the input filter for lpd(8), create a
printcap(5) entry similar to the following:

C64|Epson Stylus C64:\
	:lp=/dev/ulpt0:\
	:af=/etc/foomatic/C64.ppd:\
	:if=/usr/local/bin/foomatic-rip:\
	:sd=/var/spool/output:\
	:lf=/var/log/lpd-errs:

There are PPD files in the foomatic-db package.  foomatic-ppdfile(1)
from the foomatic-db-engine package can be used to generate PPD files.
