backicon    allows you to move windows up and down the
            window stack as well as just sending them to the back.

            discussion on comp.sys.acorn, this provides a secondary,
            vertical icon bar. Mouse clicks work, menus are opened at
            a sensible height, file drags from the Filer work (but not
            from applications), interactive help works.
