GNUPLOT 3.4

This is an intermediate (re)post of gnuplot. There are still many things we
didn't get to, so you can expect a new version in a couple of months.

If there are any problems, PLEASE LET ME KNOW, because this is the only way
we can eliminate bugs (if any ;-).

Most notable bugs/problem/limitations:

 - TeX users should rename their `plt.*' files to `*_plt'. This will be
   solved when we allow extensions to be used. Also, output commands should
   not use extensions (e.g. `set output 'example.tex'' becomes `set output
   'exampl_tex') to avoid similar problems.

 - Some commands will not multitask properly. We will fix this in a future
   release.

 - The online help has not been enhanced to include the RISC OS specific
   changes. However, you may find Readme.RISCOS worth reading.

 - There is only a limited number of terminal drivers included in this
   release.
