Short description: rink: Run time time linking for compiled languages

Long description:
rink is a run time linker for compiled languages. It can operate with any
language tool which produces AOF output and APCS compilant code, including
Acorn Cv5 (and previous incarnations) and assembler. It has very few
limitiations, and is very easy to use. See documentation inside the archive
