pOt is an Oberon to C translator. It needs a C compiler
to compile the resulting code into an executable an a C
runtime library. It comes with a DDE frontend, a main program
generator and a small runtime library. Having Sed is convenient 
but not neccesary.

pot.arc contains all the files you need to use pot, potsrc.arc
contains the complete source code to the translator and the
runtime libraries.

Note: pOt is *NOT* an Oberon environment.
