These are utilities to create and decode UUcode files. UUcode is a method of
sending any sort of file via packet as if it were just an ordinary text
message, and these were specially written for use on packet radio, by Andrew
G8FSL.

Extract the contents of this archive with the necessary utility, ie
!Spark, !SparkPlug, !SparkFS or !ArcFS.
