Acornet upgrade 0.18 - 0.19

This upgrade brings up to date the Newsbase and Slipdial applications (to fix a
number of problems) and adds support for a number of new providers.  The
upgrade can be applied to version 0.17 as well as 0.18, but you should be
aware that applying this upgrade to 0.17 will not give you the recent
versions of most of the component applications included in the full 0.19
release and the 0.17-0.18 upgrade.

Instructions
------------
Open the archive (Upg017-019) and copy the !AnUpg019 found inside onto your
hard disc.  Run it.  (If you have SparkFS or ArcFS, it may be possible to run
!AnUpg019 directly from the archive.)  Drag your !Acornet into the window
which appears, as directed, and click on OK.  After a while you should be
told that the upgrade has completed.
