When running SETUP to install apsfilter, then this
global configuration file will be copied to /etc/apsfilterrc.

This enables the system administrator to configure the printer
to some sane defaults, so that every user on this system can
use the printer without trouble.

There is a possibility to allow users to copy /etc/apsfilterrc
to their home directory to to .apsfilterrc

	$ cp /etc/apsfilterrc $HOME/.apsfilterrc

Then apsfilter will overload systems defaults with the users own
settings.

But this is _very_ insecure, since the users .apsfilterrc file
will be loaded as a shell script. So it runs with lpd's permissions.
It's number one feature to build nice trojan horses !!!

Therefore system administrator are encouraged, not to allow this
features.

If you want to allow users using their own .apsfilterrc, then you
have to set INSECURE to true in /etc/apsfilterrc !
