Setting Tomcat as the Default Server

By setting Tomcat as your default server, you are choosing to run your web modules using the Tomcat server. You can override this default for a particular web module by editing the Target Server property on the Execution tab of the WEB-INF property sheet associated with that web module.

To set Tomcat as the default server:

1. On the Runtime tab of the Explorer, expand the Server Registry node, then expand the Installed Servers node.
2. Expand the Tomcat node, then the node for the installation containing the desired default Host.
3. Right click on the node representing the desired Host then choose Set As Default from the contextual menu.
