Description:
Ran cluster with reporting enabled.
Running into the problem is very difficult to verify.
The filesystem would have to be ok when opening the reporting file for 
append, but the fclose has to fail.
A possible method would be to consume all space on the the filesystem - which
is no option in a multiuser environment.
