  - $TASKDDATA specifies the data root directory, otherwise '--data <root>' is
    needed for most commands.

  - Supports 'ciphers' list of ciphers to use.  See GnuTLS documentation.
  - Sending a HUP signal to the Taskserver forces a configuration file reload.
  - Added more statistics.
